Cover Letters were once the staple that got candidates in the door, then they weren’t, but now they seem to be making a comeback. The feedback from our survey last week suggests an evenly divided view. Today’s job seekers are scouring the internet trying to find ways to improve their marketability to employers. One way they try to do so is through writing a strong cover. As employers, it’s an opportunity to evaluate communication style (for internal or external documents), as well as to help read between the lines of their resume.
