Bio
Zachary is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alaant Workforce Solutions. He loves being able to meet talented people, assist them in their job search, as well as help companies to obtain top talent. He loves building relationships and being a part of the exciting process that is job searching. Zachary also loves helping strategize and collaborate with Alaant’s marketing team.
Zachary joined Alaant in the summer of 2021 as an Intern and was soon hired as a Recruiting Assistant while he was completing his senior year at The College of Saint Rose in Business Management. After a mere three weeks as an intern, Zach quickly found a passion and fulfillment in recruiting and is excited to grow as a recruiter. Recently, Zach acquired his Certified Search Consultant (CSC) certification through the American Staffing Association (ASA).
Zachary is currently implementing a mentorship program at his college with orphaned children and is excited to get started. In his free time, you’ll find Zach watching horror films (especially the 80’s), at the park with his dogs (such as Olive), painting a masterpiece, playing virtual reality, or his personal favorite lost in an antique store. But, if you do happen to find Zach you’ll find a great person to chat with.
