Ila Kochan is a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is part of the Talent Acquisition Partnership (TAP) team at Alaant Workforce Solutions. Whether assisting clients in attracting and hiring top talent, or working with candidates to find and secure exciting career opportunities, she is thrilled to make mutually beneficial connections between great organizations and motivated professionals.
Ila is experienced in full-cycle staffing, having filled positions for companies in multiple industries, including technology, management, light/medium industrial, warehousing, customer service, and administrative support. She is also adept at guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment process, from phone screenings and interviewing to background and reference checks.
While earning her associate’s degree in business and human resources from Bryant & Stratton College, Ila worked full-time as a title clerk at a prominent Capital Region auto dealership, where she honed her skills in communication, project management, and attention to detail. When she’s not working, you’ll find her entertaining family and friends, tending to her garden, or chasing her lab mix and husky across her 9-acre property.
