Requiring a degree in some fields is understandable, but it shouldn’t be universal. While degrees are important and valuable, smart and hardworking people are currently doing the job you need filled, some without the degree. How? On the job training and advancement. They have demonstrated over time that they have the aptitude, ability, and mental capacity to learn the tasks, produce results and continue to learn and grow in their professional career – just outside a typical classroom.
