Christina Noeldechen is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alaant Workforce Solutions. She is very dedicated to helping candidates succeed and putting their best foot forward in the professional world. She is very excited about her future at Alaant and finds helping others very rewarding.
Christina joined Alaant in 2022 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Siena College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Public Policy & Administration, and Sociology. While reviewing resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and giving presentations at the Siena College Career Education and Professional Development office, her interest peaked in the recruitment industry.
Originally from Southport, Connecticut, she relocated to Albany to pursue her recruiting career. She misses her family and dog, River back home. In her spare time, Christina enjoys listening to music on her record player and is an avid collector of vinyls. Additionally, she enjoys film photography and collects vintage film cameras. While in college, Christina was on the Siena Dance Team for 3 years, and a Freshman Orientation Leader for two.
