Amy joined the team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, specializing in full cycle recruiting for all levels of Information Technology and Sales/Marketing positions on a local and national basis.
Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Personnel and Labor Relations, a CPC certification and has over 20 years of national recruiting experience. Amy has been successful in placing candidates at many repeat-business clients and continues to receive referrals from existing clients. Her experience includes working with top corporations nationally and she assists international clients with expansion in the U.S.
Amy has a strong ability for finding talent, including making use of her 3000+ connections on LinkedIn. She has direct connections to the C suite with many of her clients and offers a consultative approach to help their organizations grow and expand. In addition to her national book of business, Amy has also been assisting Alaant's Albany area clients to grow their workforce.
