Allister Louison is a Talent Acquisition Manager who is part of the Talent Acquisition Partnership (TAP) team at Alaant Workforce Solutions. With more than two years of experience in the recruiting industry, he views his role as being a bridge to connect great prospects with exciting job opportunities that match their skillsets and career aspirations.
Allister has experience in the industrial, light industrial, and internal technology sectors, recruiting candidates for a host of positions that include engineers, developers, and systems analysts. In addition, he has sourced and hired candidates for a variety of administrative roles.
Originally from Orange County, New York, Allister earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Baruch College. During his free time, he loves to cook and experiment with different cuisines; work it all off at the gym; and shamelessly cheer for the New York Knicks. In the future, he looks forward to traveling, seeing the world, and growing both personally and professionally.
